This informational meeting will provide an opportunity for citizens to learn more about solar PV in general as well as the specifics of this program. A representative from the Solar Outreach Partnership (http://solaroutreach.org/) will provide an introduction to solar and the Hannah Solar team will be on hand to answer your questions and help you sign up for a free site assessment.

December 4, 2014

The first community meeting regarding this program was held on December 4, 2014 at Tybee City Hall. It included an overview of solar technologies, a discussion of the benefits of solar for the community, an overview of state and national solar markets, basic solar policies, financing and incentives, and an introduction to how Solarize projects have worked in other areas of the country.
